Pistachio Cake

1 Package white cake mix
1 Package instant Pudding Pudding mix
1 Cup Lemon Lime Soda
1 Cup Veg Oil
3 Eggs
1 Cup chopped Walnuts (optional)

Frosting:

1 1/2 Cup Cold Milk
1 Package instant Pudding Pudding mix
1 Carton Whipped Cream Topping
1/2 Cup pistachio nutes chopped

Preheat 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl combine the first 5 ingrediants. Beat on medium speed for min, stir in walnuts. Pour into greased 13x9in baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

For frosting, in a mixing bowl , beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 min. Fold in whipped topping cream. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with pistachios. Refrigerate for about 30 min before cutting. Garnish with whole pistachios & mint if desired.Keep refrigerated.
Serves 12-15
